Due to summer temperatures, we are finished shipping for spring 2024. 

We are currently taking preorders for cuttings, which will begin shipping in February, 2025.

A mix of York and Ranch. These are two varieties that have done better in hotter, dryer conditions. York even will work in partial shade in very sunny California. We may sub Wylewood if we run out of York.

We include full instructions with your order.

Still trialing this variety

The cuttings I received looked to be in excellent health, but our Summer is heating up too fast, and some of them are struggling, so I’m still waiting on final results.
I did soak all the cuttings as soon as I got them, then planted in 4” pots with good soil. I have kept them moist and in half-day shade. I’m hoping for the best!

Since we are in the heat of summer, you may want to move them into shade all of the time, maybe with some dabbled sunshine. Elderberry Bundle

I can't review quite yet add I just got my elderberry cuttings planted. I hope I didn't wait to long as I received the cuttings a couple months back and kept them in the fridge. So, we'll see what happens. The beets I just received, I kept them inside for a few days and then planted in the garden. They're not looking to good.

Looking good so far

The cuttings arrived neatly packed with additional instructions (beyond what was on the website.) They've been in soil a few days now and I'm already starting to see roots on a few of them. I'm looking forward to beautiful elderberries!

Well, I am too. I ordered my cuttings and they arrived looking like sticks. I followed the simple instructions and they are THRIVING!!!! Little green sprouts coming from all the sticks! I started them in a pot until I can decide where to place them permanently. I am learning so much, in my older age, about working with what God provided! I'm loving the Kilpatrick teachings!
