Fresh Milky Oat seed, German Chamomile flower, Fresh Passionflower herb, Fresh Lemon Balm herb, Fresh Catnip herb, Hops strobile, Lavender flower

OTHER INGREDIENTS:

Organic Grain and/or Cane Alcohol, Purified Water and Vegetable Glycerin.

SUGGESTED USE:

1-2 droppers with water, after supper and 15-30 minutes before bed. Store in a cool dry place. Shake well before use.
